In early 2007 we launched BPA Retail, a specialist and independent sister association to the BPA dedicated to the support of the Nursery Retail sector.
For retailers to wear the badge of a BPA Retail member and be able to display the logo on the door of their premises , on their stationery and website they must be able to demonstrate conformity to some fairly stringent criteria with regard to their in-store and online selling approach.
Members of BPA Retail epitomise best practice in the nursery retail sector offering help and advice, knowledge and where appropriate, training on both the products and the safe and correct use of them. BPA Retail members provide exemplary levels of customer service both before during and after the sale.
For members BPA Retail provide an environment where ideas, issues and experiences can be shared; common forum where there exists a certain safety in numbers and a facility to develop and promote best practice in our industry. A dedicated website area is being developed to accommodate this facility.
BPA Retail has put together a range of specialist membership services to assist our members in their daily business.

BPA Retail represents the views and concerns of its members and the industry in general to the Government and other relevant organisations in the UK, EC and elsewhere. It is the voice of the industry in the UK and provides its members with the comfort and assurance that their interests are well represented.
Through the use of regular e-bulletins and general communications BPA Retail keeps all members completely up to date with technical developments, product safety requirements and all developments relevant to the nursery retail sector.
BPA Retail works with and seeks co-operation and understanding with suppliers wherever necessary to promote good relations, ensure fair play and for the benefit of the industry as a whole.
